Estimates are not binding contracts

Submitting the estimate form on this site is a request to be contacted. It is not a service contract. The actual work is governed by a written estimate and any contract we sign together before work begins.

Emergency and availability

We try to respond quickly, including for storm and hazard calls, but submitting a form or calling does not guarantee immediate dispatch, availability, or emergency service. If there is danger to life, fire, active utility hazards, downed power lines, or blocked public access, call 911, your utility provider, or the appropriate public authority first.

Authority to request work

By requesting service, you confirm you own the property or are authorized to request tree-service work at that location.

Utilities, access, and hidden conditions

Customers are responsible for identifying known underground utilities, irrigation, septic, private lines, access limits, easements, HOA rules, and permit requirements unless otherwise stated in the written estimate.

Photos, videos, and reviews you send us

If you submit photos, videos, reviews, or job details, you give us permission to review and use them to respond to your request. We only use them publicly if you give clear permission.

Photos and copy on this site are owned by Tachos Tree Service, LLC, or used with permission. Don't copy them without asking.

No warranty about content

We try to keep this site accurate, but we don't warrant that every detail is current. License status and pricing are confirmed at the time of estimate.
