What we collect
It depends which form you use. The estimate form collects your name, phone number, email (optional), the service you need, your address or neighborhood, your description, and any photos you upload. The review form collects your name, neighborhood, star rating, and the review you write. The “Share your job” form collects the photos or videos you send, your name, and your neighborhood. We don't ask for anything we don't need.
Why we collect it
To respond to you and do the work — phone and email to reach you back, address to find the property, photos to bring the right gear. We use two service providers to operate: Netlify, which receives the form submissions, and Twilio, which texts the details to Tacho. They only handle your information to make that happen.
What we never do
- We don't sell your information to anyone.
- We don't share it with marketing companies.
- We don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
- We don't use it for anything beyond responding to you and doing the work — except photos or reviews you've explicitly given us permission to feature on our site.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get the most use; it's set to anonymize IP addresses, and we don't tie it to your name or contact info. The service-area map loads from OpenStreetMap, so your browser contacts their servers to fetch the map tiles. That's the extent of third-party tracking.
What we publish about you
We do not publish your name, address, face, license plate, house number, or other identifying private details without permission. Photos and reviews only appear on the site if you've explicitly given us the okay.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests, job photos, messages, and review submissions only as long as reasonably needed to respond, complete the work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information, but no website, form, text message, or email system is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults seeking tree-service estimates. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
How to remove your information
Call us at 541-214-7551 or email Tachos.ts@gmail.com and ask. We'll delete your record from our files.
